Vintage - possibly antique - Chinese Jewelry Box with a total of five drawers lined in red brocade fabric
Sides are attached to the top and bottom by using dovetails to join them. A stunning piece of craftsmanship!
Made from rosewood with intricate brass accents and carved jade inlay.
Measurements:
11 3/8” tall x 7 1/8” wide x 5 5/8” deep. Interior drawers are is 4.5” x 6”. Bottom drawer is 5” x 6”
Made in China circa 1900-1940
Good vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Small bend in brass on one corner piece - see pic 12
