Pampering your clients is a strategy used by many businesses to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. By providing a positive experience and going above and beyond expectations, businesses can create a strong emotional connection with their customers, which can lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
Pampering your clients can take many forms, depending on your business and the products or services you offer. It can include things like personalized attention, unexpected perks or rewards, or thoughtful gestures that show your appreciation for their business.
Craig Desorcy’s Audio Bonus is a resource that provides guidance on how to pamper your clients and create a positive experience for them. The audio bonus includes tips and strategies for improving customer relationships, building trust, and creating a memorable experience that will keep customers coming back.
While the audio bonus can provide valuable insights and ideas, it is important to remember that pampering your clients should be an ongoing process that is integrated into your overall business strategy. It should not be seen as a one-time effort, but rather as a long-term investment in building strong customer relationships and creating a positive brand image.
In summary, pampering your clients can be a powerful way to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction. Craig Desorcy’s Audio Bonus can provide valuable insights and ideas for implementing this strategy in your business, but it should be part of an ongoing effort to create a positive customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
This is Part 5 of Tiffany Dow’s Ghostwriting Cash Review and I want to do a mix today! I’ll be discussing some bits of the PDF and I’ll also get started on Craig Desorcy’s great contribution to the course! Honestly, without him and his gentle and effective guidance, I would never have been able to set up my ghostwriting site.
He is a real gem and he is the kind of person you want to learn from right away! So, I hope you’ll enjoy his videos and audios when you purchase the Ghostwriting Cash Course because it is complete, simple, and straight forward and you can even use the videos for setting up other sites! I don’t think he won’t mind! His tutorials are a breeze!
Surprise your clients…
Okay, so back to the PDF first and today I want to talk about the importance of pampering your clients! Yes, that’s right! The word sounds a bit weird but I mean it! There’s one chapter in the PDF, in which Tiffany discusses the importance of over-delivering on every level since most other ghostwriters-your competition- won’t do so. This is a good opportunity to stand out once again, build a solid reputation and brand your name. This is precisely what one of Craig Desorcy’s audio bonus is about- the Wow factor formula- but more on this in a couple of paragraphs.
Most marketers are extra-cautious when they hire someone new to do their writing. And, I can relate and understand exactly why! A great majority of them have had to deal with people who delivered late, didn’t communicate with them, came up with lame excuses to explain a late delivery (you’ll be able to read a story that says just that and more, and oh boy, the excuse was lame but I had a good laugh) amongst other things. I am not mentioning the supposedly original articles, which were in fact copied, spinned or re-hashed! Eek!
Tiffany has a few more tips and tricks up her sleeve for you…
If you work on freelance site, make sure your keep the deadlines to ensure you get the best ratings possible as not so stellar rating could prevent you from getting the top jobs. Elance has a strange rating system. You get little star and feedback but you can always and are encouraged to respond to that feedback. In the course, you’ll be provided with great examples of what you should respond in all circumstances.
Tiffany also addresses the possibility of getting negative feedback at some point during your career and how to tackle it! Not all clients are keen to leave feedback and certainly not all of them will rate you according to your real standards so you need to be aware of this as well as a few extra things. These are the rules of the game and you have to accept them as they are! I had trouble at first, and I foolishly sent numerous emails to some people I had written articles for asking for feedback! They didn’t reply!
I have learnt with time that some will never leave public feedback because it’s a tool that can be used to increase your own rates, and they don’t like it! So, it’s best to let it come naturally! I know that on Elance, you also have a milestone programme but since I haven’t been there long enough, I can’t really give you my opinion on the subject. Of course, Tiff’s been there and again, the subject is covered in full detail! So, you’ll get your answers for sure!
Now, Let’s Move onto Craig’s Wow Factor Formula!
Craig’s audio compliments this part of the PDF as it it’s all about wowing your clients! Although I can’t reveal the entire content of the audio since it would be unfair, the Wow factor formula is definitely THE SECRET WEAPON that no other ghostwriter will think of doing and has proven effective for.
Look, I normally don’t use words like “Secret” and certainly not “weapon” but this time, I do have to because what he teaches is little known and but will make a HUGE DIFFERENCE for your ghostwriting business! Please check some of the feedbacks to see it for yourself!
The system was created by Craig Desorcy with one simple goal in mind: to be able to get repeat clients but also how to get more referral and endorsements from your current clients with one twist- without ever having to ask, or beg for it! Yeah, the Wow Factor Formula is that big and it’s not a vain promise! The audio last 24 minutes and Craig discusses his method with one of his former “student”, Greg Scott, who started with no website but quickly rose to become one of the biggest earner on Elance (writing section).
The Wow factor is a time and money saver. It’s a very simple tool- no, nothing you buy- but you can still consider it a tool as Craig calls it. If I had title the MP3 audio I would use “how to get more business coming to you naturally without having to go and beg”! Because this is what it’s all about!
Do you guys remember Julia Roberts in the famous Oscar-winning movie Erin Brockovich when she was so desperately after that job at the law firm and her future boss didn’t want to hire her? She went “Don’t make me beg!” with a funny face… Well, this is precisely what the Wow factor is all about! You won’t have to beg!
Actually, The Wow factor formula is not limited to ghostwriting but also applies to all other business areas. It’s really a golden key that you can use to attract more clients with free publicity and referrals, get your clients and keep them!
So, what exactly was my personal experience with the Wow factor formula? It worked its magic the first time I applied it. Yes, I was WOWED! In fact, that’s how I got my first client and she is still with me right now! I remember getting one of those haha moments when I listened to the MP3 and thought to myself that this is in fact the very basis of…
You Should Write Instead of Fishing for Clients…
As a ghostwriter you should spend most of your time writing not looking for job. If you are a beginner, you usually need to get out there for starters but you still don’t have to spend 70% of your time chasing clients! Clients should come to you and this is what Craig teaches in his audio. Also, it’s a much better and much more stable business structure to have clients coming back to you because you have managed to make yourself “indispensable” to them!
During the course of his discussion with Greg Scott, Craig goes behind the psychological mindset of your customer and how you can influence- in a nice and ethical way- you clients into wanting more from you. His approach can be summed up by one of his sentence; “You’ve made a deposit that will pay dividend later”!
So, we have more or less taken a look at the customer service side of things by looking at one chapter of the PDF and Craig’s bonus audio. Getting customers and keeping them is paramount for your success as a ghostwriter. Again, as I mentioned in an earlier review, especially at the beginning, your reputation is something you must look after.
